A 12-week, 1:1 psychology-informed coaching program to interrupt your relationship patterns in real time.

Is this a dating or “how to get your ex back” program?

The Breakup Reset isn’t necessarily about reconciliation strategies, winning someone back, or getting you back out there right away. It’s about helping you regain clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness so future choices aren’t driven by loss or fear - they’re driven by a solid foundation of knowing who you are and what you want.

Is this therapy?

Thriving solo doesn’t mean rejecting love or pretending you don’t want connection. It means building a full, grounded life now—instead of putting your happiness on hold until a relationship shows up. This will help you with discernment and create a high bar for who enters your life when you do date.

Will this help me decide whether to reach out to my ex?

Maybe? But the goal isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you understand why the urge exists and make decisions that are aligned with your values, rather than all the feels.

Is this only for dating or romantic relationship endings?

No! An ending is an ending – romantic or otherwise. I don’t care if it was one week long or 45 years long, time doesn’t matter either. The loss is real.
