Trained in attachment-based therapy, she brings a warm, direct, and psychoeducation-forward approach to group work. She founded UnPattern to make real clinical insight accessible — because understanding why you keep repeating patterns is only the beginning.   • Each week, we meet live in a small, intimate group setting. Sessions are facilitated, structured, and focused on helping you recognize and shift the patterns that keep showing up in your relationships.
