Dr. Lindsay O'Shea is a licensed clinical psychologist and relationship patterns specialist with over a decade of experience helping people break the cycles that keep them stuck in unfulfilling dynamics.

Trained in attachment-based therapy, she brings a warm, direct, and psychoeducation-forward approach to group work. She founded UnPattern to make real clinical insight accessible — because understanding why you keep repeating patterns is only the beginning. The group is where you actually start doing things differently.
