Once you reach out to us to schedule a Clarity Call via our contact form, we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. We will schedule a brief phone call with you to get a better sense of what you’re looking for and how we can help. If you’re interested in moving forward, we will schedule your comprehensive intake session.

Both! We offer both telehealth and in-person sessions for clients throughout the state of California. Our office is located in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, CA. A hybrid of both options is available, as well. We also offer telehealth sessions throughout Colorado and Utah.

While we do not accept insurance directly, your Psychologist can provide superbills that you can submit to your insurance company. Depending on your insurance policy, you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for our services. If you are not sure what your out of network benefits are, you can call your insurance company for more information. We also accept FSA/HSA cards.

Here are some helpful questions to ask your insurance provider to determine if they will cover a portion of the therapy for “out-of-network mental health providers/services.”
Is the cost of psychological therapy covered?
Is there a deductible for out-of-network services? Has it been met and if not, how long until the deductible is met?
What portion will be reimbursed?
Is a referral needed?
Is pre-authorization required?
Will a claim be required after services?
