ELEVATE THE WAY YOU LIVE •
You’re not just sad.
You’re stuck in your head, replaying what happened and questioning yourself.
This program is for people who don’t want to spiral, rebound, or numb out — and don’t want to spend months rehashing the relationship either.
Breakup Reset
Coaching for When the Relationship Is Over —
but It’s Still Running the Show.
You don’t need closure from the other person. You need clarity, steadiness, and a way to stop replaying what already ended.
Breakup Reset is a 12-week, psychology-informed coaching program designed for people who look “fine” on the outside — but feel emotionally stuck, unsettled, or pulled backward after a breakup.
This is for the aftermath:
The overthinking
The urge to reach out
The self-doubt that shows up when things go quiet
The fear that you’ll repeat the same relationship again
You’re not weak for feeling this way.
You’re human—and your nervous system hasn’t caught up yet.
Core ValueBreakup Reset helps you stabilize, make sense of the loss, and relate differently going forward — to yourself and to future partners.
Who Therapy Is For
Therapy may be a good fit if you’re:
Pretty self-aware, want to deepen your understanding of yourself and how you interact with others
Experiencing anxiety, low mood, or emotional overwhelm
Struggling with relationship patterns that feel painful or confusing
Feeling disconnected from yourself or unsure how to move forward
Navigating a major life transition or loss
Wanting professional support for mental health symptoms
You don’t need to be in crisis to start therapy. You just need to want support.
What to Expect From the Process
Therapy isn’t a quick fix—but it is supportive, structured, and intentional.
You can expect:
A space where you don’t have to perform or have it figured out
Honest conversations without judgment
Support in understanding yourself more clearly
Tools that help you feel steadier over time
Change happens gradually, and that’s okay.

Where are you on the path to healing and Thriving Solo?
Here’s The Truth:
You don’t need to “get over it faster.” You need to get oriented again.
This program isn’t about erasing the relationship. It’s about making sure it doesn’t quietly run your future choices. Let’s make it so you learn and grow from this experience rather than cycle-rinse-repeat next time.
If you’re ready to stop looping and start relating differently — to yourself and others — this is where that begins.
Frequently Asked Questions
Below are the most common questions I hear about Thriving Solo:
Do I need to be completely “over” my ex before starting?
Nope. Most people start while still feeling attached or confused or even prior to breaking up with someone “officially.” The program helps you ground and stabilize first to help you think more clearly and re-align with your values.
Is this a dating or “how to get your ex back” program?
The Breakup Reset isn’t necessarily about reconciliation strategies, winning someone back, or getting you back out there right away. It’s about helping you regain clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness so future choices aren’t driven by loss or fear - they’re driven by a solid foundation of knowing who you are and what you want.
Will this help me decide whether to reach out to my ex?
Maybe? But the goal isn’t to tell you what to do — it’s to help you understand why the urge exists and make decisions that are aligned with your values, rather than all the feels.
People have reported fewer impulse urges to reach out and more mental clarity over time.
How is being alone different from being lonely?
Being alone is a circumstance; loneliness is a relationship to yourself. This program helps you cultivate connection, meaning, and emotional steadiness while single.
Is this only for dating or romantic relationship endings?
No! An ending is an ending - romantic or otherwise. I don’t care if it was one week long or 45 years long, time doesn’t matter either. The loss is real. I am happy to tailor the program to help you heal from other endings as well. Some example include with:
Friendships
Situationships

Long-term Relationships

No. Breakup Reset is coaching, not psychotherapy.
It does not include diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, or crisis care. The focus is on insight, emotional steadiness, and changing relationship patterns going forward.
If you’re looking for clinical treatment or ongoing emotional processing, therapy is the right option. I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in California, Utah, and Colorado and can see you for individual break up therapy if appropriate or help you find a therapist if you’re outside those states. Schedule a free clarity call and we can go from there!

First off, congrats on the self-awareness! Should this arise we’d talk about it and handle it openly and ethically.
If it becomes clear that therapy would better support you, we’ll pause and discuss appropriate next steps. Your wellbeing always comes first!
-
Breakup Reset is not appropriate if you:
Are in acute emotional crisis
Are experiencing active suicidality or severe depression
Need trauma processing or clinical mental health treatment
Are seeking couples therapy or reconciliation work
If any of these apply, therapy or specialized support is recommended instead. Schedule a clarity call and I am happy to help find you the best support in your healing!
