UnPattern coaching is a 12-week, individualized program that is tailored to your specific needs. It is psychology-informed, non-clinical support focused on recognizing and interrupting relationship patterns as they show up in real life. These programs focus on present-day patterns and real-time application.

Coaching helps you:

Is this therapy?

Thriving solo doesn’t mean rejecting love or pretending you don’t want connection. It means building a full, grounded life now—instead of putting your happiness on hold until a relationship shows up. This will help you with discernment and create a high bar for who enters your life when you do date.

Is this a dating or “how to get your ex back” program?

The Breakup Reset isn’t necessarily about reconciliation strategies, winning someone back, or getting you back out there right away. It’s about helping you regain clarity, self-trust, and emotional steadiness so future choices aren’t driven by loss or fear - they’re driven by a solid foundation of knowing who you are and what you want.

Will this help me decide whether to reach out to my ex?

Maybe? But the goal isn’t to tell you what to do—it’s to help you understand why the urge exists and make decisions that are aligned with your values, rather than all the feels.

Is this only for dating or romantic relationship endings?

No! An ending is an ending – romantic or otherwise. I don’t care if it was one week long or 45 years long, time doesn’t matter either. The loss is real.

  • I’ve found that coaching programs work best over 12 weeks. Each meeting is 45-minutes long, and it’s recommended to meet on a weekly basis, but we can individualize the program and tailor it to your needs.

  • Meetings are structured, focused, and practical.

    We review what’s coming up emotionally, identify patterns, clarify insight, and apply it to real-world decisions. This is intentional coaching designed to help you stabilize and move forward.

  • First off, congrats on the self-awareness! Should this arise, we’d talk about it and handle it openly and ethically. Your wellbeing always comes first!

    If it becomes clear that therapy would better support you, we’ll pause and discuss appropriate next steps. You can also use PsychologyToday.com to find a therapist in your area.

  • Breakup Reset is not appropriate if you:

    • Are in acute emotional crisis

    • Are experiencing active suicidality or severe depression

    • Need trauma processing or clinical mental health treatment

    • Are seeking couples therapy or reconciliation work
